Your Journey : The Order Process
We've tried to make our order process as simple as possible, while maintaining maximum flexibility for you: our customer. Here we outline the most important stages in the journey to extending your home.
Firstly, take a look at our 4 standard pod sizes, ranging from 3m x 3m up to 4.2m x 4.8m. These come in both standard design and premium design options, with each offering a different look. When you have chosen your base product, use our online customiser to tailor the specific features to your liking and generate an online quote estimate.
If the base products aren't to your liking, you can also get in touch with us to go straight to the consultation stage and receive a bespoke product.
After receiving your quote estimate we will arrange to have a full design consultation and garden survey where can get creative and you can make more detailed decisions. We have many additional options which we can discuss in person to suit your garden room to your needs.
The payment terms and construction process are simple, transparent and professional and we outline these below. Should you require finance to complete your build, you can follow this link to work with our finance partner.

Your Journey : The Build Process
Our team of talented and hard-working craftspeople aim to build all small – medium sized garden rooms within 7 days. Larger, bespoke rooms can take slightly longer due to their size and complexity, but all of our projects are approached with the same excellent attention to detail and dedicated attitude.
Here is a sample of what a typical 7-day build looks like.

Day 1
We deliver a skip and Portaloo for our team. We clear and excavate the site. We excavate holes and pour and level concrete pads. Finally, we clear site of any non required materials.

Day 2
We deliver the garden room kit to your home, which we have pre-made off-site. We fit and level the floor cassette. We erect the walls and fit the roof timbers. Again, at the end of each day, we clear site of any non-required materials to keep things tidy.

Day 3
Delivery of all 2nd fix materials and single-ply membrane. We sheet and insulate the roof, and fit all insulation to the walls and floor. A single-ply membrane is fitted to the roof, and a chipboard floor is laid down. We begin to fit electrical parts.

Day 4
Delivery of Timber cladding, MDF finishings and PVC flatplate. Drylining is applied to the walls and ceiling. We fit the windows and doors and strap the external walls so they are ready for cladding.

Day 5
Plasterers skim the walls and ceiling. We fit the soffit and all trims. We build the form frame for your decking and stepped entrance. We begin cladding the exterior.

Day 6
We finish cladding the exterior and fit the roof edge trim. Again, at the end of each day, we clear site of any non-required materials to keep things tidy.

Day 7
We finish fitting out the electrical items such as heaters, lighting and internet connection. We fit the skirting boards, facings and cills. Our team carry out a final detailed inspection of the garden room and fully clear and tidy the site.

Complete!
The build is complete! You are free to start decorating and enjoying your garden room. The remaining 70% balance payment becomes payable at this point.
