Absolutely!

Hyggepod build personalised garden rooms across Glasgow and the central belt of Scotland and each one is built on site to fit your specific needs.   There are some factors we need to consider:

Firstly, we need to ensure that your garden room has sufficient ventilation to prevent the build-up of moisture and to provide a constant flow of fresh air. This is important to prevent mold and mildew growth and to ensure that the sauna is comfortable to use.

Secondly, we need to ensure that your garden room is properly insulated to keep the heat inside and to prevent the cold from seeping in.  This is done as standard practise so no need to

Thirdly, you need to make sure that your garden room has a proper electrical supply to power the sauna heater. Our licensed electrician Fraser will keep us informed of all electrical and will install all the necessary wiring and circuit breaker etc.

Lastly, you need to make sure that your garden room has enough space to accommodate the size of the sauna you want to install, and that there is enough clearance around the sauna heater to ensure safe and comfortable use.

Basically, it is possible to have a sauna in your garden room, but it is important to carefully consider these factors before installation to ensure that your sauna is safe, comfortable, and functional.

Personally I think it’s a great idea and would love to wind down after a busy week in the sauna!

Our Garden pods can also be used as a garden bar, garden gym, garden studio anything you can think of!
